KonfHub Subprocessor List

EFFECTIVE DATE: JULY 7, 2026

Purpose

KonfHub ("we", "our", or "us") uses carefully selected third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to support the delivery, maintenance, security, and improvement of our event management and ticketing platform.

This Subprocessor List identifies the categories of subprocessors that may process personal data on behalf of KonfHub while providing our services.

All subprocessors are subject to appropriate contractual obligations, including confidentiality, security, and data protection requirements.

Current Subprocessors

We process personal data only when backed by a recognized lawful basis under applicable global regulations. Processing is executed under the following criteria:

Categories Of Personal Data

Depending on the services used by a customer, subprocessors may process one or more of the following categories of personal data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Organization details
  • Ticket and registration information
  • Payment transaction metadata
  • Event participation records
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address
  • Log data
  • Uploaded photographs
  • AI face recognition metadata (where AI Photo Gallery is enabled)
  • Networking profile information (where Networking features are enabled)

No subprocessor is permitted to use customer personal data for its own marketing purposes unless explicitly authorized by the customer or the individual concerned.

Security Requirements

KonfHub conducts reasonable due diligence before engaging subprocessors.

Subprocessors are required to:

  • implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures;
  • process personal data only under documented instructions;
  • maintain confidentiality obligations;
  • notify KonfHub of personal data breaches affecting customer data, where applicable;
  • comply with applicable data protection laws and contractual obligations.

International Data Transfers

Some subprocessors may process personal data outside India.

Where cross-border processing occurs, KonfHub implements appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Changes To This List

KonfHub may update this Subprocessor List from time to time as our services evolve or new service providers are engaged.

The latest version of this document will always be published on our website.

Customers with contractual notification rights will be informed of material changes in accordance with their agreement.
