Submitting a grievance to KonfHub does not affect your statutory right to seek remedies from a competent regulatory authority or court.
KonfHub will not deny services, discriminate against, or retaliate against any individual for exercising their privacy rights or submitting a grievance in good faith.
KonfHub maintains records of grievances received, investigations conducted, actions taken, and resolutions provided. These records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable legal requirements, and internal retention schedules.
We may update this Grievance Redressal Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory guidance, or our privacy practices. The latest version will always be published on our website with the updated Effective Date.
