ABOUT EVENT

The Google Developer Student Community (GDSC) is a community for university students who have an inclination towards the tech world. The community promotes technology for the improvement of all stakeholders who are directly and indirectly involved. We are open to students of all levels who are interested in developing their skills and aspire towards the tech world.

There are about 50 GDSCs in Tamil Nadu. Together, we have a strong reputation for fostering a welcoming and inclusive community that
encourages students to share their ideas and knowledge. At GDSC, students are encouraged to collaborate with their peers to create
innovative solutions for their community. This community-based approach to learning provides a unique opportunity for students to learn from one another and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

WoW Chennai is an event that connects students in Tamil Nadu, much like GDG's DevFest. The goal is to create a forum for students of diverse backgrounds to collaborate and exchange their innovative ideas in the technical field. The idea of this event is to provide a space for those who are under-represented in the world of technology and improve the community experience for the students who don't have access to the plethora of resources like the rest of us!
