Cross-Country Run has 90% technical trail course. 575m ascent and 575m descent in one loop of 15Km. Max elevation is 1413m &amp; Min elevation is 1277m.Runners will overcome rolling hills and pass through Pine Forest on the outskirts of villages enroute Jamta from Banethi. The terrain will be varied and challenging for everyone. Participants’ Takeaways- The participants will get an event t-shirt, finisher medal and certificate. Post run hot breakfast will also be served to all the participants. Medical &amp; Hydration support-&nbsp;Hydration stations, ambulance and mobile support will be available through the course. Water Stations and other arrangements: There are 4 water stations on the 5km route. The aid stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink and race related snacking items. There will be Km markers and volunteers to guide you at every turn. The route is clean, green and traffic free.
