This event embodies the spirit of perseverance and the joy of unity. Organized by the Reliable Hub's Foundation, MHHM promises an unforgettable challenging experience.About the Organizers:- Reliable Hub’s Foundation: At Reliable Hub's, we believe in the power of collaboration, compassion, and sustainable solutions to address pressing social challenges. Our mission is to provide tools, resources, and support systems to empower individuals and create lasting change. We're on a mission to promote a healthy and fit community, and MHHM is one of our initiatives in pursuit of this goal.Objective of the Run:MHHM is a challenging Half Marathon, testing your strength and mind. Embracing the principal of 'sound mind in a sound body' we emphasize health as a cornerstone of healthy society.The proceedings of the event will go for helping Orphanage Children HomesRace Categories – 21.097 Km (Half Marathon) and 15 kmRace support and nutrition- The venue and the race route will have ample water &amp; nutrition stations.- All runners will be provided breakfast post the run. Please retain your bib as proof of participation in the run. Breakfast will be provided only to runners with valid bibs.- Ambulance and medical support would be provided during the run.- Time limit – Half Marathon : 3 Hours 30 Minutes, 15 KM : 3 Hours. All support stations, volunteers, and timing mats will be removed post this time cutoff.DeclarationBy submitting the form, I hereby declare that I am physically fit to participate in this event and have attained all necessary physical examinations by a registered medical practitioner. I acknowledge that participating in this event may carry some risk to my health. I release the organizers from any liability or any loss or injury that I may suffer while participating in the race. I have read and understood all the “RULES &amp; REGULATIONS” and all the information provided by me in the registration form is correct. Further, I grant full permission to the organizer and all associated organizations to use all event material including photographs and videotape for publicity and advertising purposes without any compensation. I give Organizer the right to send me any communication (event, promotion, partners, etc.) via email, SMS, Phone call, social media &amp; any other channel.Rules and Regulations- Age Criteria – 16 Yrs above and below 75 years- Age categories – 16Yrs – 35 Years, 35Yrs – 50 Years &amp; 50 Years – 75 Years- Race timing will be recorded on Mat-to-Mat basis i.e. your timing starts/stops when you cross the start/finish line.- Registrations will be closed on 25th July, 2026 at 11:59 PM or when the maximum limit is filled in, whichever is earlier.- Participants must upload/submit a copy of their ID proof for age verification.- The BIB allotted to the participant is non-transferable and a request for cancellation and thereby, a refund will not be entertained.- All participants will be served snacks and refreshments after the race. It is compulsory to show BIB for collecting snacks.- Finishers Medal will be given to each participant in all distance categories after finishing the race. It is compulsory to show BIB for collecting the Finisher Medal.- The participant can download E-certificates as soon as they are available on the website post the event.- The event organizer reserves the right to modify the Date, Venue, Distance, Race start time, and any other changes related to this event at any given point in time.- T-shirt size once selected cannot be modified under any circumstances.Standard Terms and Conditions of Service- Confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified. Provide us with a secure email ID/mobile no that you can access regularly since this will be our primary means of communication during the run-up to the event. We will be sending regular updates to the Mobile number you have provided in the registration form this should be not treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.- You are aware that participating in long distance running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to the body and health. You take full responsibility for participating in the event and do not hold Reliable Hub's Foundation, the organizing committee, the managing committee, or any of its members or entities responsible for any injury or accident.- You may acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by the organizers in connection with the organization, promotion, and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.- You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, or any of the force majeure restrictions by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable).- Participants are requested to eat a healthy meal and not consume alcohol the previous night to avoid dehydration.- The conduct and behaviour of the participant should not cause distress or harm to anyone including other participant members, Organizer staff, service providers, etc; in which case, we/ service providers reserve the right to ask you to immediately leave, or in certain circumstances, hand you over to the appropriate authorities, in which case the financial liability would be of the participant.- If for any reason the participant wishes to abruptly end the run before its scheduled completion, or is unable to participate due to being unfit, we will not be able to provide any return support or any refund, and the financial liability for making any alternate arrangements would be of the participant.- The participant is responsible for following the organizer's instructions and has to bear all the expenses which may arise in case of medical exigency or any emergency condition.- Cuts, bruises, and minor injuries are normal for outdoor activity. A first aid kit is provided and the coordinators are trained to respond in such situations. Organizers take all reasonable steps to provide the basic safety required for the particular activity.- Organizers hold the right to change the itinerary or even cancel the activity in case of any unexpected change in weather or other unpredicted situations occur that are beyond our control. Organizers will not be liable for any costs such as travel or accommodation incurred by the participant in such circumstances.- It is mandatory to disclose any personal medical conditions so that prior arrangements can be made. Organizers do not hold any responsibility for the outcome of any undisclosed medical condition during the trip.- Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.- You agree that Matheran Hill Half Marathon organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event. Also, organizers are not responsible for any unforeseen damage brought to participants’ personal belongings or personal vehicles during the trip.- If participants are found violating the rules, Organizers reserve all the rights to remove the participant from the group. In such situation, no refund shall be provided.- E-certificates will be given to all participants who successfully complete the course within the cut-off timings.- Medal will be given to all participants who complete the course.- For security reasons, participants are requested to come without any baggage. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables like mobile phones, cameras, jewellery, watch, electronic gadgets, etc. in the bag stored.- Organizers, however, are not responsible for any loss of baggage and/or belongings.- Participants found to have interchanged their timing bib tag with another individual, will be disqualified from the event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the subsequent edition of the event.- Please note if you don’t wear your timing bib tag as instructed, you won’t be able to get an official finish time, medal, and e-certificate.- Every participant is required to wear the bib (chest no) at all times during the race.- If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian of the child and that he/she has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major.- Participants must personally appear for collecting the running Bibs. Bibs can be distributed in-absentee with written consent of the registered runners.- For the safety of the participants, Organizers highly recommend that participants should carry a suitable headlamp and same be worn during the run atleast for the first 60 to 90 minutes or until dawn to manoeuvre the course safely.- T-shirt size once selected cannot be modified under any circumstances.- Overall top 3 winners in age category would get trophies.
