Freedom Ultra is RaceCraft Labs' debut flagship endurance event — a timed loop format that celebrates India's Independence Day with 12 hours of running. Four formats available: Solo 12-hour (full night), Solo 6-hour (6pm slot and 12am slot), Team Relay (6 members x 2 hr each) and Solo 2- hour. **Group Discount available for 5 tickets and above - 10% off** Minimum distance criteria for finisher certificate and medal:Solo 6-hour (6pm-12am slot and 12am-6am slot) - 35 KM minimum (no minimum track time)Solo 12-hour (6pm to 6am) - 60 KM minimum (no minimum track time)Team Relay (6 members) and&nbsp;Solo2-hour - No minimum criteria - walk, jog, or run. What matters is that you keep moving through the night.Separate rankings in Team Relay for all men (6 male) , all women (6 female) and mixed teams (any combination). Lane Allocation Rules:<div>12 hr individual and 6hr individual - lane 1,2,3 (400m per loop)</div><div>2 hr individual and 12 hr team relay - lane 4,5,6,7,8 (425m per loop)</div> What to Expect<ul style="margin-bottom: 0"><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;">E-certificate and Finisher medal for runners who have achieved the minimum distance criteria in their respective run categories.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;">Morning Breakfast at 6am for all participants.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;">Meal service through the night for participants of 6hr-Individual and 12hr-Individual categories (dinner counters) - basic items like rice, idli, dal/sambar, curd, pickle, boiled egg, bananas, biscuit and oranges.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;">Hydration points with water, banana, orange, biscuits, salt and electrolytes.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;">Medical and Physio team available throughout the event.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;">Live distance tracking facility through our timing partner.</li></ul> Terms &amp; Conditions <ul style="margin-bottom: 0"><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">Organizer reserves the right to verify participant age and eligibility anytime.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">Entry is confirmed only after full payment.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">Entry fees are non-refundable &amp; non-transferable. False information may lead to cancellation.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">Event may be postponed/cancelled due to weather, government restrictions, or force majeure. No refund in such cases.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">Participants must be medically fit; participation is at own risk.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">Organizer can disqualify anyone violating rules or deemed unfit.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">Valid ID required for Expo/Kit collection; Bib must be worn on race day for timing, medals &amp; prizes.</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">Timed runners within cut-off are eligible for medals/prizes (subject to minimum participation).&nbsp;</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">If a participant wins a prize in any age category and is found to not belong to that age category, then the participant will not be awarded a prize and they will also not be awarded a prize in their original age category (as per Aadhar/PAN card). The participant will be considered as Disqualified. This is to ensure fair results to all participants.&nbsp;</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;">Minimum Age Limit: 18 years.&nbsp;</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;">Age category is determined by age of the participant as on event date (Aug 15th, 2026).</li><li style="font-family: Hind, sans-serif;">Organizer’s decision is final and binding.</li></ul> Waiver <ul style="margin-bottom: 0"><li>Participants acknowledge that running involves risks such as injury, illness, accidents, weather exposure, and other unforeseen hazards.</li><li>Participants assume full responsibility for their health, safety, and personal belongings during the event.</li><li>The Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage except in cases of proven gross negligence.</li><li>Participants confirm they are not under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair safe participation.</li><li>Participants accept the use of photographs which showcases them, for official purposes only like event posters, social media marketing posters, ads etc.</li><li>Participants accept that route changes or safety-related modifications may be made if required.</li><li>By registering, participants voluntarily waive all claims arising from participation in the event.</li></ul>
