Career Avenue: Navigating Interviews and Beyond is an event from 9am to 4pm focusing on Career Development.Three programs will be conducted as a part of the event.The first program will be Interview Edge which will be focusing on interview preparation and strategies. The session will be from 10AM to 1PM.The next 2 programs will be from 2 to 4:30PM which will be Discussion Nexus&nbsp;and&nbsp;Coding Sprint.Discussion Nexus will be a collaborative idea exchange event where the session will be focusing on the art of effective communication, critical thinking and collaborative problem solving.&nbsp;Coding Sprint will be a coding competition focusing on competitive coding and the winner will be given a cash prize with 3k prize pool (limited to 60 seats, first come basis). Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the morning session: Interview Edge, and in the afternoon, attendees can choose to join one of two events: the "Coding Sprint" or the "Discussion Nexus".

Participants will refine their vocabulary, enhance their communication effectiveness, and adopt proven answering patterns to confidently articulate their ideas and experiences.
